Because I don't drink, I don't do still lifes, but my inspiration told me to do this anyway. It fit the mood I was in at the time ... arguably the same mood I'm still in.

The rest, I leave that for you to determine.

Media: Crayon and colored pencil (a fun mixture, but I need to refine it) plus eraser. Lots of eraser.
Time spent: 8~9 hours
Size: 75px/in at full-view.

madonnakp89It took a few secs, to see the dragon figure in the spill. Nice technique with the crayon and colored pencil.

EllenElizabethWow, this is really good. I'll be careful and try to use exclamation marks sparingly, but this looks so real! You're very talented with colored pencils and crayons, so I've noticed, and this is incredible. It was very creative to make the splatters a dragon! ;D I like how the bottle reflects a little green onto the table, it's brilliant. It makes it come to life even more. Well done ;))

thedudedisturbedthis is good...
but are you sure the shadow would be green? or is the table reflective?

eatURmusicthis reminds me of a song.....
*99 bottles of rum on the wall! 99 bottles of rum! Take one down, pass it around, 98 bottles of rum on the wall!*

ok that was random. The coloring is very nice. It's solid and makes the pictures look great. Great job!

DarkPeachIt's still too awesome. I forever appreciate it. I can't color, so I can respect someone who colors a picture beautifully.

Choco_Chick_87Awesome idea- the dragon made from the splatters on the table. Man where do you get your inspiration? (I know I've aksed before but I still wonder!)

GollumDragonWell this is a real switch, it confused me a bit at first. Good job with the bottle, the water needs a bit of work and the clouds aren't your usual loftyness, but pretty good for not doing still lifes very often. (Hope you feel better soon.)
