Description
Description
Boredom at a level of OVER 9000.
Might as well tell you about Brine Pearls. There are 6 special pearls that were found at the shores of small ports scattered throughout Mobius. Each one found in a gold-colored oyster that seemed to glow. Each Brine Pearl has a different effect when worn, held, or pocketed.
- Healing
- Protection
- Gills (able to breathe underwater)
- Weather Control
- Aquakinesis (able to control water)
- Resurrection
* This effect can only be used once per holder; a person is not able to revive anybody again even if they have received possession of this Brine Pearl once more. The only time when one can revive a fallen person is if one obtains all of the other five Brine Pearls along with the Resurrection Pearl.
When combined together and used in battle, the possessor of all six Brine Pearls will have access to all effects listed above. Also, their defense is sharply boosted and the possessor recieves a speed boost as well. However, there is no offensive boost. The effects of this special transformation causes an aqua aura to appear around the possessor.
The Brine Pearls have no negative energy (unlike Chaos Emeralds) so they are useless to those who wish to use it for dark purposes, but only if used individually. The chaotic nature of the Pearls is only achieved when all of them have been collected.
Brine Pearls are made of Siphonite - a mythical mineral that is said to be found at the bottom of the deepest seas and oceans. Siphonite's name speaks for itself - it drains energy. Many different weapons can be made from Siphonite, but their abilities are only used when in possession of a Brine Pearl. Due to Siphonite's nature, it expels energy whenever used and will eventually "burn out." Brine Pearls are no exception, although their energy capacity is about 100X greater than that of regular Siphonite. They must be recharged via Divine Dragon Triton (the creator of the Brine Pearls) statues. These are rare and are only found in sacred shrines.
That's pretty much it. If there's anything else you want to learn about Brine Pearls, just ask, mkay?
Ferox and Brine Pearl concept (c) me
Anyways, I hope you like it. Enjoy. :)
