Two Phoenixes

Not really phoenixes, but some made-up birds. I did the red one first, then later added the blue one, though I like the red one more. I think it was seeing how a picture would look with a red pen for the line-art instead of black (as I did for the blue). I then colored them, and set them aside in a book where I keep my smaller pictures. I just added in the background colors today. This and a few dragons are some of the better pics I did a few years ago.
