Sunday Dragon

I had this idea recently of making a dragon for each day of the week, so this is the first one in a series (I've yet to draw and color the others). Even though there's a sun in the picture, the dragon (and the later ones) aren't elemental, despite possible 'elements' surrounding the dragon. A long time ago, I didn't know that a planet (including the sun and moon) had something to do with the days of the week. So, I'm going to try and incorporate the planets' symbol in each drawing...as well as a little astrology, perhaps. This picture is mostly oil pastel, with outline in color pencil and digitally done background.
