This was originally going to be an anthro dragon character in a fantasy novel I was working on, but since I keep changing my story around, I decided that for now, he'll just be a lightning dragon. This is one of two pictures drawn and colored on the computer that have characters that were going to be in my story. (I've yet to get the other one up.)
