Temari. I know I drew her fan WAY too big. >_<' Words are Naruto's from Naruto's first ending song. I dunno why I put it there, but yeah. You can see the moon: tsuki, and then her fan is the wind: kaze. And moon+wind=tsukikaze! lol. Her legs look weird O.o I can't draw limbs...Otherwise (XD) I like it. ^^
