I dunno about Tobi; but Eddie is looking abit more like a Dr. Salvador (Chainsaw guys in RE4) than a cactaur at the moment. Just put a burlap sack over his head and the resemblence is uncanny. (He'd be a skinny midgit one though...but remember that means he would be faster!)
Should we tell Tobi folks? Or should we cover the children's eyes? xD
Anyways I bet you are all wondering; why a cactuar Tobi?
Well it's obvious:
1: Cactuars are tiny and adorable
2: They have nasty tempers if you get on their bad side
3: Edward runs like one! (No seriously he does!)
But yeah view and comment please, for the sake of Tobi! =P

Ah yes I remember running into one in FF7 Dirge of Cerberus. Ok maybe a whole group of em. I was like "Awww look at all the lil- OW WHAT THE FRACK?!" -gets shot to death by a barrage of needles!-Those things took me off guard xD
Just like those damn evil lil Tonberries lol.
So yes it makes sense to have Ed be compared to one.
