Lo and behold; the phoenix incarnate Raziel!

But anyways this picture was inspired by the quote above that Lord Pinky exclaimed to Mayuri in the manga of Bleach. It fit Raziel soo perfectly in his statement about the phoenix that I just HAD to draw a picture of the angel of death with the firey mystic bird known all over the world. Not to mention their poses are amazingly in tune too!

Plus I think I did a much better version of Raz's pose than the original artwork. (His hair looks WAYYY too messy in the original plus his nose is distracting IMO. xP)
But anywhos I think besides his pose that his wings turned out wonderful!...wish I could say the same for the fire bird's wings blah X____x (and if you cant tell that's flames around the phoenix's tail and Raz's feet. I know I suck at fire shaddup Dx)

But anywhos show of hands...wouldnt it have been awsome for the Fire reaver to summon forth a phoenix when at full power instead of just engulfing people in a wave of flame? xP I know I sure would have loved seeing that! And who knows...maybe in my fic that he will make a cameo in (To challenge the Night) he might just be able to do that...after all he's had all the elemental reavers long enough so who's to say he didnt power em up during his free time? ;P
