Very interesting, Swift Katana. There are a lots of things I like in your drawing... the shading (particularly on the left and at the top), shades... and, to be honest, I really like the idea, some of this emotion Jaffar could convey. This was for sure an original feature, worthy an artist.
Criticism ? (^_^ Don't worry, I ALWAYS find something to criticize...) maybe you could re-work the eyes. Eyes convey emotions... and use your good shading also on the right of the drawing, it would make it more than good.
Still, I really like it, and, I think this drawing is promising.
