DaiRaiOh from Super Robot Wars Alpha 3.
If you never heard of Super Robot Wars, it's an excellent japanese strategy game series where many, MANY, mechas from various animes crossover to save the universe. The game also has some original robots created especially for this game and DaiRaiOh happens to be one of them.
I never played SRW@3 but thought he looked so freaking cool. I wanted to draw a full body shot but I couldn't get a good pic for reference so I did this shot from a YouTube video I saw.

To be fair, I'm somewhat dissapointed in this pic. I still don't know how to make an illuminating effect.
