So I'm watching MegaMan Star Force, thinking it's an alright anime, when she comes in and the first thing I notice is that big bulk of hair. WTF? Who designed this character? As if the the hair wasn't enough, she wears weird stockings too. O~O

;O It's so they can take up most of the space in the screen to lesson the amount of background that they have to draw!;P JK, but that's just my guess.
