Okay folks here''s the deal with these little beauties.

2 people may own each one (more can, but that will be in another spot)

To get a Puff you must
1: identify it, if you can''t than you don''t deserve to own it.
2: give 3 correct facts from popular literature.  (such as Unicorns are usually white or silver, not All Dragons are bad, or All Unicorns are good.)
3: wait for me to accept it and put up the information. (should be before a month has passed.)

If 2 people already own a puff and you wish to own it as well follow these steps.

1: Identify it
2: give me 10 correct facts
3: tell me a movie it appears in
4: Tell me a classic myth with it in it.
5: Prove to me that you have adopted from me before (in which case you can ignore steps 2 and 3)

Have fun people.

Don't forget to name them when you adopt them!

English only please, I don''t want to translate languages.

thecompleteanimorphI'd like #4, the Phoenix.

1. Phoenixes in Western mythology are birds that every thousand years burst into flames and are reborn from the ashes.

2. Phoenixes are almost always the color of flames; reds, oranges, yellows, the occasional blue.

3.Asian phoenixes are immortal birds that are signs of good fortune.

SkyThingOk, I decided I like the Griffin (no. 1)

For facts:

#1: Traditional griffins have a front half resembling an eagle and a back half resembling a lion, note that this does not apply to various other versions of griffins, griffs, hippogriffs and some unnamed others.

#2: Another common creature (meaning one you can find on wikipedia) related to griffins is the hippogriff. These look almost exactly like griffins except with the back half of a horse instead of a lion. I would think that this variety would be mostly omnivorous.

#3: Griffins are mainly carnivorous and don't eat much other than meat, although the occasional vegetable does them good. Popular prey is medium sized rodents, fish, and eggs. I didn't exactly read this somewhere but I really think it makes good sense.

That's all.
