Drake, Drakoon, Drakkar

One of the final projects was to create powerful dragon Pokemon. But creating that species was difficult, and the lab's available dragon DNA wasn't complete enough for it. However an expedition stumbled upon a meteorite buried below the labs. It contained carbon based material, as well as alien Pokemon DNA. By mixing the DNA of Bagon, Shelgon and Salamence with the one found in the rock, they created Drake (from the archaic word for dragon), Drakoon (drake and cocoon) and Drakkar (named after the Viking long boat or dragon ship).
