Cadet, Capten and Ganzlor, Rotor

The penguins were created for handling boats and warships for Giovanni.
 
Cadet (DNA: Piplup+Murkrow): They are tasked with simple jobs on a ship. Cadets are weak against ice and require a lot of parental care.
 
Capten (DNA: Prinplup+Konchkrow): One Capten can command 20 Cadets. They are fast swimmers and they can snatch a fish with its beak before the fish has time to even react.

Before his plan to create new Pokemon, Giovanni was focusing on building robots to capture them. That plan prooved a failure with the high prices it came along (mostly due to Team Rocket). So he left it behind to move on to more promising ideas...
 
Ganzlor (DNA: Magnemite + Robot Shell): the remains of an old robot have mysteriously found their way into the engin which then spat out this being. Ganzlor love to build things as much as repairing them. They feed on fuel and after the release, some have been found near gas station trying to get a free drink.
 
Rotor (DNA: none; evolved directly from Ganzlor): Rotor was not created on purpose, the first Ganzlor simply evolved on its own after a month of hard work.
Rotor are on the other hand quite destructive and love to tear things appart. They're highly mobile and can drive over any terrain, except water.
