Cirros, Stratos + Chamiss, Krasma

Cirros (Voltorb + Drifloon): Their white coloured fluff keeps sunlight out of their eyes. Although they are electric types, they can also learn some water and even ice attacks.
 
Stratos (Electrode + Drifblim): They appear when 3 Cirros come together (similar to Magneton and Dugtrio) during a storm. Their attacks are fairly violent and often beyond their control.

These are one of the first Pokemon I have ever created. They did however go through many changes.
 
Chamiss {kamiss}: This Pokemon appeared when one of the experiments failed and died. It is a symbol of the disaster humans created.
 
Krasma: These ghosts enjoy the smell of the ocean and enjoy terrorising fishermen during nights of heavy fog.
