Toastfork + Raindeer + Urching, Bernard

Toastfork (Magnemite + Claydol): It shocks anything on contact weither it likes it or not. It feed on electricity through its tail. The lights on its face represent the amount of energy remaining.

Raindeer (Stantler + Piloswine): Ever since its mysterious appearance in the wild (after the release of the genetic pokemon), Nursery Rhymes tell tales of this gentle creature helping Santa Claus carry his sleigh.
It's true that Raindeer do live in cold areas, but it's rare to approach a Raindeer without facing its antlers. They'll tend to fight during mating season, or when a mother protects its calf.

Urching (Qwilfish + Tentacool): They sit patiently on the ocean floor feeding on plankton. Their squishy bodies are protected by quills that contain a powerful neurotoxin.

Bernard (Qwilfish 33% + Tentacool 33% + Krabby 34%): When an Urching lands on the back of a Krabby, they'll evolve together into Bernard. Now they can venture out of the water without the fear of being eaten by birds and Urching becomes more mobile. Despite this alliance, Urching is now in full command of the Bernard and Krabby becomes the puppet. However they can be seperated, which will reverse the evolution.
