Nereid: When the Nartusks became extinct, they started to appear. They are peaceful ghosts that carry sphere shaped souls back to their bodies, if not to a new one, as long that the area is wet enough (it was a Nereid that saved Ash in the first movie, with some help of the Pokemon tears).
Seeing one in action is said to purify someone's heart and rid them of negative thoughts. Some Nereids can even take trainers with a heart of gold to the world of Dream, where they can revisit lost souls.

Antivir: An anti-virus program created in a similar way to Porygon. There was a time when the Lixonuke became a serious threat to the digital system (that includes transfering Pokeballs at the Pokemon Center), so an anti-virus program was created by Hogan to fight it off. There are still Lixonukes around today, but they're locked up in special Pokeballs which can be bought.

Typhoon and Echidna: Poké Gods of pure destruction. Long ago they terrorised the planet, destroying everything and devouring all life on Earth. One day homever, they had three children, who together could form a powerful Pokémon, hoping they would assist they in their quest for destruction. But the Chimera revoked against their parents will and in a fierce battle, banished Typhoon (fire) to the center of the Earth, and Echidna (darkness) to the moon. Despite this heroism, humanity feared the son of two monsters, and no monuments were ever built for the Chimera.
Eventually, they will return on Earth to continue their destruction. Meanwhile, Typhoon is constantly attempting to create minions and sending them on the surface. But one day, liquid water will touch the moon's surface, and Echidna will be freed. And using her arms, she'll drag Typhoon out of his lair and the destruction will begin once more.

Biragon: Now their body is divided differently and have solved the problem of locomotion. They have yet to learn flight and to stop fighting each other.
Scylla: A wise dragon that has mastered its body. It can invoke double the damage of its attack (at a cost of a low resistance) and is among the most powerful Pokemon found in the wild.
