Gear Trap

Deep inside an old clock tower, Jack Twist is tied by the left hand between two of a giant gear's teeth. If he swings his right arm a bit, he will pull a string which will activate the TV tape and afterwards, the rotation of the gears. It is revealed that the key to the lock on his hand is implanted in his wang, also covered with a few layers of duck tape. Which means to get the key, he has to remove his hair, and that he has to cut himself open to retrieve it using a blade tied with his hand. If he's not quick enough, the second gear rotating the one he's attached to will crush him like an insect.
