The Last Temptation

A father has abused his twin baby daughter, hitting them whenever they cried because he could not understand the pain they were in. Time to learn how difficult it is for others to remain quiet.

He'll be standing at the edge of a cliff, locked up next to the ruins of an old church and a silver door. There are two parts to this trap. First Erin will endure frustrating static sounds from head phones for half an hour.

For the next hour, hammer wielding devices will regularly hit his legs, inducing pain (oh by the way, his feet are locked to the rock), but he must resist screaming or else it will activate a sound sensitive bomb. Meanwhile, a statue of a biblical figure stands before him, inviting him to think of his situation.

If he remains quiet enough for all this time, the locks will open and the bomb will deactivate: allowing him to leave.

The Tape is chained to his hand, close enough for him to listen but far away enough so that it won't be read by the microphone linked to the bomb.

Tape: "Hello Erin, I want to play a game. Ever since your gifts from the heavens have come beneath your roof you have treated them like soil, neglecting them in their times of need. A true father would respond properly to the plea of help of his offspring. Now it's time for you to understand the pain they go through, and how hard it is to remain quiet. You will undergo two tests to determine your will to live. Following this recording, a series of high frequency sounds will emit from your headphones, followed by a series of hits from the devices near your legs. During the next 90 minutes, you must endure this pain, and not make a sound. If you scream loud enough, the sound sensitive bomb will detonate, leaving your children to die in your car. Let the games begin."
