Neuromoor and Nessymoor

For them I tried a few tools in Photoshop that involve painting, I attempted to have Pokemon pics that had a limited pixellation in their colors.

Neuromoor: It is no stronger than Feebas or Magikarp but much more intelligent. However since it wants to protect its leaking brain it avoids close up combat.

Nessymoor: Much larger, powerful but none the less friendly, it is the ideal powerful Pokémon for beginners. Its brain is as massive as its intelligent (if only it had thumbs).
