Snapper remake and Shiny

Now it also has a sign of its mutant origins. A fraction of the spikes on its shells are deformed, bending forward. This creates some drag while it swims. But it prefers to drag itself across the muddy river beds on its poorly developed feet. It is one of the first mutant Pokémon to be created in the labs and approved.
