Feartsume updates in 4rth Generation

This is somewhat of an homage to Unown "!" and "?", where a new generation introduces new versions of a Pokemon.

Feartsume's evolution can now vary based on the area where it levels up. If its high in the mountains, it will have an air coat. If its in the water, a water coat. This evolution from its baby form varies the kind of attacks it can have. Also, this makes the original (Earth) coat of Feartsume a Dark/Ground type. And now that the limbs seem to go all over the place, its true form baffles scientists even more. Funny thing is, these guys would never exist in early Pokemon games due to the high amount of color they have.
