After a brief visit to islands on the human world, Karllakhan has lost all interest in the human world. The description says she visits the island frequently but she has only been to the human world once, where she left a Note Book to a young man desperate to keep his shop open. He used it briefly but was scared to use it again. So Karllakhan tried with the captain of a Submarine but they got sunk despite their new "advantage" so she returned to the Shinigami world.
