well it is Osaka(from azumanga daioh)!! I am glad I have my computer back! I can draw now! muahahah!!!
I just foun this old sketch on my computer and I decided to color it! This was good cell-shading practice I had too much fun coloring her hair! I think that i am finaly lerning how to do it!
