Lightning Elemental: Kaminari

Okay, this is one of the better ones. Does anybody remember the Thunder Lakitu from Yoshi's Island: Super Mario World 2? Well, the things that kinda look like the heads of staffs were inspired by that. And the lower body. Not very typical, huh? When those tendrils unravel, get ready for the thunderstorm of the century ~_^
