oooo pwetty ...but what with the one black and one white boot?
The left one's hair style looks like Tear from Tales of the Abyss, as well as the facial expression. I've seen the clothes style a few times, but no references come to mind. The right one's skirt is definitely Yuna's skirt from FFX-2.
Nice use of different ideas.
