Characters Chosen, and Why:
Shadow: Well known Sonic character. Hella fun to play as in SATBK, when you get his final sword - oh, I mean LANCELOT'S final sword. I chose him because shut up. Shadow is "the ultimate", meaning he's totally a badass.
Antivenom: At first I didn't pay much attention to this character. This is Eddie Brock (Venom) when he is "rid" of the symbiote, but isn't REALLY, so it fuses with his white blood cells, or something like that. Oh, and he becomes this anti-hero preaching Shadow-wannabe. Who I love.
The Astounding Wolf-man: Many of you probably don't know Image's Kirkman, nor Kirkman's masterpiece, the Astounding Wolf-Man. I gotta tell you, though, this comic isn't very happy. It's extremely violent, and depressing, but that's why we love Kick-@$$. So, y'know. No stopping Wolf-Man. I'm super duper sad, because this comic is going to end on it's 25th issue, and I was really hoping that it would stick around longer than three years. Oh well.
Sylar: The main Heroes baddie. Sylar eats people's brains. He made Heroes very cringe-worthy because of those moments. Of course, he's played by someone who is very sexy, so all is forgiven. Oh, and he ate Claire's brain (SPOILERZ OMG), which is TOTALLY awesome, because Claire is a whiny little biatch.
Grim Hood: He is... actually a character I made in the MMORPG City of Villains. I LOVE CoV. It is probably one of the most innovative MMO I've ever played. No one had ever thought of making a game about a world of superheroes before, which made this addicting little piece quite fun to play. The character creation part is a game all in itself, because of the millions of costume choices, powers, archetypes, and origins you can choose from.
Lord Recluse: Oops, and then all my effort went poof. Lord Recluse is from the same game as Grim Hood. CoV. And, actually, the original game, City of HEROES. This guy is like Hitler, if Hitler had superpowers. He just... rules parts of the world with an iron spider leg. Parts. Because of Statesman, who's kinda like Captain America and Superman, all rolled into one.

Also, I didn't fully explain Anti-Venom's backstory. When Gargan passed by a party oh-so-coincidentally, the Venom symbiote told him that a former host was there. Thinking it was Parker, Gargan went into the party, disguised in his civilian "symbiote camo". Parker WAS there, but the host it sensed turned out to be Eddie. Mush to both of their dismays, the symbiote abandoned Gargan (who's a total wuss without the suit) to join with Eddie again, who the suit "loved" more. But after being touched by Mr. Negative (Not like that. That's NO GOOD.) and being cured of both his cancer AND the remnants of the symbiote in his bloodstream, Brock's skin was caustic to it, forcing the symbiote off and bonding the new symbiote matter in him to his white blood cells, creating the Anti-Venom symbiote. This symbiote, however, had special powers apart from the original. It could "cure" foreign infections in the body such as symbiotes, cancer, drugs, viruses, etc.
Did I go overboard on the background info, or should I go on? XD
