This is my fanfiction character, Jade. No, she isn't blind. She wears that cloth around her eyes because her eyes burn into peoples souls and they'l die a horrible and agonizing death. But no need to worry she can see through that cloth without killing anyone. Tia Dalma made her that cloth just like she made Jack's compass. :D
