The two characters in this pic are Yuri Lowell and Judith (whos last name I can't seem to remember... D:) but still its Judith! *Hugs her* >w<
Anyway the two of them are from a anime/game called Tales of Vesperia and let me tell you it is funny and awesome at the same time! Those two aren't the only characters oh no no no, I just like those two the most. :3
Well I don't really want to give out any info about them cause I want you to find out for yourself and the fact that I'll go on for a long time. X3 But if you really want to know you can ask me if you want, well enjoy.
