This is fantastic. One might be tempted to say that Zenigata isn't quite the same without his dinner roll chin, but your drawing is so good that the need for defining characteristics is obsolete. The things with which I find myself most impressed are your interpretation of the character (it takes a great artist to see the character their own way and bring that vision to paper in such a manner that they still resemble the original) and the shading.
If I had to pick one thing that was even lacking slightly with this picture, it is the left hand. I'm not even sure if it isn't just my lack of experience in drawing realistic hands, but it seems that the left one is thicker and shorter than the right. Again, this could just be my mistake.
