Beautifully done, for MS Paint. the color choices are rather unappetizing to the eye, though. You've probably done that on purpose to give the dragon a physically ugly feel though.
There's a few tiny white dots that you could've gotten rid of.
The file quality was saved in a rather pixelized way, so the colors are a bit distorted. .PNG is my personal favorite file type.
Shading is a little inconsistant. You have some shading but it isn't everywhere where it should be. If you aren't going to shade everything that needs it, its best to stay consistant to your style and not shade at all. I think the shading is the worst thing about this drawing.
Beautiful wings and composition! It really feels like the dragon is moving.
I like the extrordiary detail you put on the scales.Is there only that strip of scales on the dragon though? Does it have 2 layers of flesh? I see a pink scar on top of brown skin, so, it looks like the dragon has about 3 coats of skin- the scales on its neck, the brown flesh and the pink flesh.
