Neji

Heeeere's Neji! :w00t: I love how he's turned out and his colours look great. I tried to make it look like he's got some feathering on his legs but failed miserably :bleh: I hate trying to mouse-draw feather.

I'm not too sure about the background but I couldn't resist trying out a new brush-tip I downloaded :excited:
