I spent a few hours doing this and I'm pleased with it ^_^<br />
I drew the girls eyes on my adobe photoshop and messed around with the airbrush then fiddled with the hue and contrast and ended up with this and a bit of work with the smudge tool ^_^ Hope you like it!!
