I think Piccolo would be hesitant too. He probably wouldn't be used to having someone love him, so he wouldn't be sure about how. He looks like he has feelings for the girl, but that he isn't sure what they mean. It's a great picture. I really like the girls hair, how you made it look like individual strands, and the rain is a very nice touch that fits the situation.
