Ai...*feel so sad* there's too much i want to say here...My comment:
1.the face doesn't fit her big and shiny eyes...means,her head is too big
2.make the hair nicely...
3.and also her outfit...(eventhough her long pants does look cool)
4.what the hell is she's holding?
5.her hand is too short(right hand side)
6.her shoes are not in the right position
7.the background doesn't suits her,or is she floating? If she is,go and learn more from Pienemien's Ray!

#Well,nice coloring actually,but it doesn't always help you to cover up your mistakes,so don't rely too much on it.I know the background is not yours,but choose wisely 'cause it can effect the whole appearance!
