Rukia from the anime/manga bleach. I love Rukia(not as much as i love Hitsugaya tough XDXD), her character is strong and determined and i like that about her. the world of manga needs more strong females like that. <br />

Anyways.. i absolutly ADORE bleach, its a great manga. I thougth the suit kinda matched her personality? ...And besides Suites are just plain sexy. <br />
