Rila: Energy Attack

Rila has gone under some re-designing. xD Her hair is now cut short and her tops are shorter, showing her stomache. Also the blue under shirt is only straped around one of her shoulders in stead of a long sleve turtle neck.

I finaly figured out how to make the shiney effect on photobucket!:3 I used one for the energy beam in her hand and two small ones as stars for the background.
