I have designed this character based upon a strange personal character created by the owner of this website: http://www.it-he.org/

Anyway, he is know as 'Doug the Eagle' which to me sounds very much like an ace WW1 pilot, so combining professional insanity plus the common regalia commonly associated with old pilots equals this creation.

The overall effect is quite baffling, the face behind the mask my be stationary and neutral but the eyes of the goggles will always twirl round and round as he does the craziest things for fun and profit.

And I suppose I am capable of using Easy toon to a reasonable degree now, the tip is the frame count is in the bottom right hand corner.
