That is VERY weird...
He's kind of too cute to be Kratos, though. Thankfully, because if he was Kratos I would have to leave him alone. I also agree with Deffy on the nicety of the red designs against the black-and-white picture. The designs look kind of alive, like they're flying up to him to...I don't know. Snuggle with him? Attack him? Guide him?
Personally, the first one sounds nice... ^.^
