FULL VIEW!
Pigment liners, GIMP 2, and Adobe ImageReady mostly done with using a laser mouse and mostly a laptop touchpad. No tablet. My dog chewed up my pen 3 days after I got the damn tablet, so I can't use it.

Then finally, I finished with this!

I love the results. Yes I changed the eyes.
I like those better than the inked pic eyes.

When a person is touched by Tar Dragon, they get a horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE, EXTREMELY painful chemical burn.
And they probably get rolled over, in which they are sucked into Tar Dragon's body and dissolved in
burning tar.
Which would be a horrible, painful death.
