The Freak Portrait

I've been wanting to experiment with digital painting for some time now, after looking at the works of my buddies em-j-akahana (http://em-j-akahana.deviantart.com/) and veggie-burgerqueen (http://veggie-burgerqueen.deviantart.com/). So here's my first of possibly many attempts.

This was originally meant to be part of a sketchdump for the Freak, but then I decided to try and give it a painty-kinda-look. Wasn't sure whether to leave it like this or include the sketchy outline, but I'll post that separately for folk to make a comparison.
