Description

More holiday doodlings featuring Claude and Tiria.

The top right sketch of Claude is supposed to be swinging a glass mace, but I haven't done it very well. Also, glass armour is a tricky beast to draw. I had to finish off the armour when I returned home because I couldn't remember what it looked like :\

I know the sword Claude is holding isn't very good, but I was focusing more on the armour than anything.

Pencil with some Photoshop tweaking.

Keeping things consistent has always been a weakness of mine. one that I intend to strengthen, obviously! It's so weird, because I drew Tiria a bit better (I think) a year ago, here: http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-784030.html

Also don't know why I keep drawing heads so damn big. Perhaps, subconsciously, I'm worried about the facial features not being seen properly. Just another flaw to work on!

It's actually supposed to be stubble rather than a beard :P I had a few issues with the stubble, since the first time I tried it turned out to be a dotted mess on his chin :D

Thanks so much for the critique :) I'm so glad you don't find anything wrong with Tiria's bodyshape! I've had a problem with drawing female bodies for ages!
