Very quick drawings in-between commissions.
If I weren't restricted by the contest rules, this is what my Gargoyles Challenge Entry for the #GargoylesAquatic group over on DeviantArt would have looked like. As I worked on his design, I started to imagine him looking a bit like a spiny fish, and he would "fly" underwater with his webwings. I suppose he could glide a bit, but his wings are primarily for underwater useage.
I dubbed him Ulbhag, which, if I've got the Gaelic translation correct, is supposed to mean "wave". He's a Scottish gargoyle who can be a bit serious, but kind.
