Commission for 
, who asked me to draw Retsu Fukami from Juken Sentai Gekiranger.
She suggested that I draw him either in the Disney style or anime/manga style, and since he's Japanese I thought that anime would be more appropriate. Studying up on manga style was a refreshing change of pace
And regarding the eyes, I noticed that some manga have the eyes sort of transparent through hair, so I tried to emulate that effect.
