This is an Oc created by a sixth-grader at my school. His name is Nara Shikano who is supposed to be Shikamaru's oldest cousin. Shikano has the ability to manipulate flame-like chakra which he uses as a weapon. This chakra can morph into anything, from a sword to shuriken.
