Cyborg 009 OC

Yep. It was sure to come eventually. I drew myself an OC for Cyborg 009 XD. He's called 0015 since there is already a 14th cyborg OC created but his real name is Makani (Hawaiian for "One with the Wind").

Before being transformed into a cyborg Makani used to be a professional surfer in Honolulu, Hawaii. One day he was attacked by a shark while surfing alone early in the morning. His right arm was eaten and he almost ended up drowning when he tried swimming back to shore. Black Ghost took Makani while he was still unconscious.

After the transformation Makani was given many abilities. First, a high frequency laser was inserted in his right eye. With the help of his goggles he can melt anything including solid rock and metal! He was also given a new arm made from steel. The metal board he carries around is used like a surf board for the sky. He is able to fly in the air at high speed. The board is also equipped with missles and blades on each wing.
