Bio: Duarte was part of an ancient cult vastly known for it's cannibalism. Back in Lisbon he was a serial killer who murdered then ate his victims making him feared by the townspeople. However, Black Ghost was able to get to him and he was kidnapped right off of the street.

Cybernetic Ability: After his transformation 0019 was given the ability to turn his hands into knives. He can also vanish and reapear at will making him tough to beat. Even though he wasn't given given this ability, 0019 naturally has a hightened sense of sight and smell.

Extra: His eyes glow in the dark. Creepy o_o;
