I've finally got around to coloring her! It was tough because I only used my mouse to cell- shade. >_<

Bio: Xall was part of the most top-secret project of the Black Ghost organization and was specially handpicked for this experiment ever since she was born. She was born as Xallia Cornel, daughter of one of the most powerful scientists who aided in the making of Russia’s nuclear missiles. After its creation, her father was ripped off by the Soviet Union and kicked out of the country. Despite his depression, he managed to settle down and raise a family with a nurse he met by the name of Antonia Graunaldi, sister-in-law of Dr. Marshall. Because of these close ties, Dr. Marshall had ordered for Xall’s older brother Leandro to be used for his experimentation. Dr. Cornel refused to give his child away. Dr. Marshall would not tolerate this and he ordered for him to be killed. Before his agents could get to him however, a great storm surged through the country. A lightning bolt struck the house that they lived and Xall was the only one to survive the unfortunate disaster. When the agents came to pick her up she was nowhere to be found. For several years she wandered Romania until she was finally taken hostage for Black Ghost’s experimentation. Her project took 5 years to work on. In the meantime she was temporarily taken in by Dr. Abram Alexandru and was treated like his own daughter. He was eventually murdered for his treachery against Black Ghost. Enraged and engulfed by surging emotions, she rampaged and killed the soldiers who had killed her “father”. She also began to have psychotic thoughts about death along with a deep obsession with blood; she was therefore called 00B, the “B” standing for Blood.

Cybernetic Ability:
Dr. Marshall created Xall for a special purpose. She is able to control any mechanical device within 20 feet of her using her mind and her fingertips. This even includes other cyborgs, which she sometimes toys around with in her own amusement like puppets. She does have various other psychic-related powers such as reading the minds of other but her most common is manipulating metal objects with invisible string. She has been proven to be so powerful that she is only used as a last resort against foes for she has the ability to even take control over nuclear missiles if they are in her distance. She can also pick up even the faintest trace of metal such as the iron found in blood cells.

Xall has been quarantined for her psychotic behavior and is seen wearing bandages around her eyes to keep her from killing.
