Position: Captain/ Weapons Technician

Abilities/Talents: As the weapons technician he has the know-how and how-to of every weapon created in the military. He is very handy with most hand-held guns.

Strengths: Capable of using any weapon from knives to rocket launchers, stealthy, manages to keep his cool no matter what the situation may be.

Weaknesses: He is a chronic smoker so he suffers from lung-related health problems. He also isn't able to exert too much energy or he will pass out from heart failure.

Temperament: Cool and complacent. He is very tolerable to most people and is an over all great guy to be around.

Background:

Gunner was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico which at the time had been a happy and thriving country. After the Regime had taken over the island the economy was low and the people were suddenly suspended in poverty. He was one unlucky person but was very handy at fixing machines and making weapons, a job he had been doing since he was 15. The Regime offered him an opportunity to escape poverty for creating weapons in return. He refused and fled the island before he was forced into the job. Gunner moved to America as a refugee, changed his name and joined the Alliance in hope that one day he would be able to liberate his homeland.

He is now the official weapons technician of the Alliance. Unlike most members he stays behind instead of going on missions to fix aircrafts and such since he is also the mechanic of the force. However when he is fighting he'll bust out any weapon at any given time. He's known to be quick on the trigger and a sharp shooter. He works alongside his teammate Ariel. While he is a long range fighter she is a short range and the two are an awesome duo.
