Abilities/Talents: R.E.V.O.L.V.E.R program experiment: General Lezcano is one of the first participants of the project. He has a multi-purpose cybernetic left arm capable of firing bullets like a machine gun, shooting poison darts, and blasting his enemies with a plasma canon.

Strengths: a strong leader, an experienced soldier, has control over most of the Regime forces and the R.E.V.O.L.V.E.R cyborgs.

Weaknesses: has a quick temper, tends to rely mostly on his troops to fight for him

Temperament: General Lezcano is sharp-tounged and fierce. He is by far a devious man who commands the Regime with an iron fist. He however lacks patience and is intolerable to failure.

Background:

Born in Cuba, a nation allied with Russia for years, the general started in the Revolutionary Armed Forces only defending the country's border at 17. Cuba was in turmoil with itself at the time as its dictator had finally gone too far in power and all Lezcano wanted more than anything was to gain back his country's freedom. As he moved through the ranks he secretly attended USSR meetings against Cuba eventually turning his back on his homeland completely. At the Regime's rise to power he murdered the dictator, took control of Cuba and became the Regime's first allied general.

During a battle between the Regime and Germany he lost his left arm in a bombing raid. Doctors had decided to test their new cybernetics project on him. When his prosthetic surgery was proven successful the R.E.V.O.L.V.E.R project was formed with Lezcano as its supervisor. He chose the oldest son of his former adversary, Alliance General Daniel Morales Sr, to serve as his right hand man but he had escaped after experimentation. Furious, he had his doctors experiment on the boy's younger brother Jeremy earasing his memory and turning him into a mind-controled cyborg. With Jeremy by his side he controls a great deal of the Regime's forces, seeking world power in the end after he has helped Russia conquer it.
